Other than the AdSense CPC program, there was an Affiliate program from Google called GAN (Google Affiliated Networks) which was stopped few years back after its few years online services. There are some differences among Affiliated network and AdSense CPC (Cost per click) programs. Both have different procedure to apply by the bloggers' or webmasters' to get approval and display those ads campaign on blogs.
There are many affiliate networks are available at the moment, viz. Amazon, eBay, Flipkart and so on. You can become a member of those affiliate business and display their ads on your blog to turn as customer for your blog's visitors in a single ad click. However, it is not sure whether they are going to become affiliate member and buy something from their network or not. You may still try out your luck since there are people or bloggers who earn from Affiliate networks regularly.
Sometime affiliate network revenue crosses the CPC program and sometime not for many as such, it is like online racing for business marketing and turn over. Anyhow, sometime blogger hard to get approval of AdSense thus they can use affiliate program effectively which most of the time one can get affiliate account approval easily compare to AdSense program.
Why do you wait for it? Affiliate program? Try one of them and display ads on your blog and possible that your blog's visitor may turn as those affiliate program's customer which can eventually help you to earn money online without much effort. The best opportunity to earn from Affiliate program or AdSense CPC is to have good traffic blogs. All the best.
