1. Free or Paid blog with reasonable number of posts with quality
2. At least 3 to 6 months old blog
3. Blogger personal profile must be there
4. Blog shall have reasonable traffic
5. New stuff on blog with reasonable keywords
6. Socialized blog
7. Search Engine Optimization posts or SEO friendly posts
8. No copied content and no alteration of the existing posts
9. No Plagiarism or Duplicate content
10. No overstuff of the SEO and Keywords
Other than this, one can become a member in any reputed Adsense revenue sharing websites where they can post / contribute for few months and apply for Adsense from there to get its approval easily. Those sites may even help naturally for reasonable traffic to the contents beside guidance from the expert. There are many Adsense revenue sharing websites are available which accepts as free member without any joining fee or annual fee that can help all.
In case if you follow the above tips for Adsense application and you don't get approval first time, then no need to worry as it happens to many. You can re-apply after one month gap again till you get its approval. But, make sure that your blog or the site where you join have enough contents from you.
